We were very lucky to have found Ginny Fuchs.  We were actually working with one realtor who was definitely not listening to what we wanted, so we started making calls on our own.  Ginny was representing one of the properties we were interested in.  We talked, and what a surprise!  Ginny listened, and had a lot of intelligent, practical advice for us.  She helped us find a steal in Oak Creek, and made sure that she was with us every step of the way.  She helped us secure financing at a reasonable rate, get home insurance, and made sure that we didn’t lose our shirts when we had the inspector come check out our new home.  After closing, she kept in contact with us.  I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate (and already have.)
